After spending 12 years in the culinary world, founder Sam Zeitlin realized that finding a quality East Coast-looking bagel in Chicago was tough.

Sam began experimenting with different recipes, drawing inspiration from the best bagel-making techniques throughout the country. He just wanted to make food people love.

Now his Bagels let you taste the comfort of home in just one bite--and right at home.
